Only some digits are working

Only some digits are working on the display. Everything else seems to be working normally. 

 
 

PS-10877-BR (Banzai Run) ribbon cable discrepency

Why on the PS-10877-BR system do you only use two ribbon cables between the driver board (PS-10877) and the display board (PS-12146)?

 
 

PS-12232-P16DE displays all characters backwards

A PS-12232-P16DE system on my Data East Back to the Future, everything is backwards. For example, the word 'FOOTBALL' scrolls across as 'LLABTOOF'.

 
 

PS-10877-P Won't Light with Broken MPU

When troubleshooting a PS-10877 game with a malfunctioning MPU, the test button on the PinScore display may not work to light all the segments.  This is because of the nature of the display circuitry on PS-10877 games.  If the game does not boot, then the displays will not work, even with the test button pressed.
